Sometimes creativity arrives with a grand plan.

And sometimes it arrives quietly.

A colour catches your eye.

A piece of lace makes you stop scrolling.

You find yourself wondering what would happen if you put two things together.

That's creativity too.

Give yourself ten minutes

You don't need a whole afternoon. You don't need a perfect workspace. You don't even need to know what you're making.

Put a few things on the table.

Choose one colour you love.

Add a texture.

Try a trim beside it.

Move them around.

Take a photograph.

And just see what happens.

There is no wrong answer here ✨

Perhaps you make something wonderful.

Perhaps you discover that those two colours absolutely should never meet. 😂

Perhaps you simply enjoy the ten minutes.

All three are useful.

Creativity doesn't always need more time. Sometimes it just needs permission.
